Our services are made to bring impression, professionalism, quality, and service to every facet of the business. We take ownership of everything we do to make your business fun to run, leaving a legacy, and an inspiration to your audience. Anything that we create, if it doesn't meet your satisfaction, we take care of those issues right away, to enable a stress-free business relationship, that it would continue in the future. Your satisfaction is our promise!

 

Packages & Pricing Structure: All of the prices listed on our website, and booking system, are set and final. Hawke & Rock structures the pricing to make it easy for all clients to choose exactly what they need on every listing they market. We even created incredible bundles for you to experience the value of how professional media can widen your opportunity for your real estate business. That means also that Hawke & Rock Productions will not cater, prorate, or negotiate a "name your price" service for a discounted price. For example, a client orders the Realtime Twilight Photography option, which goes for $200. If the client desires to have only a few photos and asks for a price of $100, the request will be declined. Another case: a client asks to pick the photos from what was taken at a shoot of a 3000 SQ FT house, but only wants to be charged for 20 of them, we will kindly give the client all the pictures, and the client can pick from there. We shoot homes, not rooms, or top 20. Our pricing reflects the experience, time, effort, skills, service, and expertise we bring to every shoot. In light of situations like these, we stand firm with the prices we charge, and we'll kindly defer the client elsewhere. Payment: We like our clients to have seen the photos before paying. Our automated system with Aryeo allows viewing of watermarked, lower-resolution photos before paying. Once the balance is settled, the watermarks will be removed, and full-resolution photos will be readily available. Because you're paying online, Hawke & Rock also charges a processing fee of 3% + 30¢ of the service(s) selected for your listing. Hawke & Rock use the online payment system Stripe for its transactions, which charges 3% + 30¢ for every debit/credit card entry. This applies for all transactions unless other payments such as a check have been provided by the listing agent/broker. You'll see as soon as an appointment is scheduled, you'll see an "Online Processing Fee". We thank you for your business!

 

Travel Payments: Please consider where the house is located, in correspondence to starting location in the Temple Terrace area, the Hawke & Rock Productions HQ. If the property is at least 30 miles from the start, such as Sarasota, we will apply the rate of 134 miles to and from, which comes to $80.40 for travel included in the invoice. $1.20/mile is the rate = 60¢/mile each way. The main goal of this operation is to maximize our reach where you normally do business. Hawke & Rock is flexible to travel further than normal limits. Please consider the Travel Payments reach as a way that we'd like to continue accommodating your needs, even if it's further from normal business operation.

 

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Hawke & Rock NEVER charges cancellation or rescheduling fees, even if we arrive at the shoot and it is not ready. We understand that things happen!

 

Copyright Notice: Hawke & Rock is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details. Thank you.

 

Photo Rights and Usage: The original agent who paid for this service(s) has permission to use this form(s) of media on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold or distributed to another agent for any reason unless approved by Hawke & Rock when taken over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs or media, but rather the right to use them during the specific term when the property is for sale. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.
